DELTA GROWN GRAINS

Our grains are locally grown in the Mississippi River Delta by individual farmers and must meet certain quality requirements. Once harvested, the grain is tested for aflatoxin and fumonisins to ensure the product contains levels which are no risk to any farm animal or wildlife. The grain that passes the test is cleaned using the newest technology in grain cleaning, using a combination of gravity screens, brushes, and high speed air to ensure the cleanest grain possible. All these steps are in place to make sure you receive the safest and cleanest grain on the market.
