OURÂ START
J & J Bagging formed in 2015 to meet the local need as a fertilizer storage and packing facility. Jim Davis and Joseph Mohamed purchased a vacant manufacturing warehouse facility (previous Southern Bag Corporation) in Yazoo City, MS and revitalized it to meet the need. Over the past 7 years, J&J has grown into a complex manufacturing facility for feed, seed, and fertilizer products and distributor of around 2,000 other distribution items.

- Complete warehouse is binned for pallet traceability and live inventory visibility
- 85,000 sqft of covered bulk product storage space across 6 separate buildings
- 6,500 sqft cold storage
- 12-acre layout yard
- 65-acre site
- 100,000 bushels grain bin storage
- Fertilizer dry-house with 8 bulk bins
- On-site pallet manufacturing shop
Our Service Area
J&J Bagging may be based in Central Mississippi, but is proud to serve the southern United States with premium agricultural and outdoor gear. Our brands include American Classic, SouthernGRO Fertilizer, Legacy Horse Feeds, Legends Dog Food, Backwoods Attraction, SoilPRO, and Delta Grown Grains. We are also continuing to grow our partnerships with leading brands in the ag retail business to service our customer base with a variety of needed products.Our goal is to meet customer needs with the quality products and customer service they deserve.
